Detach Network
If you no longer need a network interface attached to your VM, you can easily detach it. In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to detach a network from your VM in Vietnix Cloud.
Detach Network
- Navigate to Virtual Machines in the left sidebar. Click on the VM from which you want to detach the network. Press the Edit button on the Network interfaces panel.

- In the Network Interfaces form, locate the network interface you want to detach and press the Remove button in menu.

- After removing the network interface, press the Done button to apply the changes to your VM.

- You will see that the network interface has been removed from the Network interfaces panel of your VM details.

Note
After editing the network, you may need to reboot your VM to apply the changes.
Warning
A Virtual Machine must have at least one network interface attached to it. Detaching the last network interface is not allowed. Detaching a network is irreversible and has no confirmation dialog.
